Account Security:

Eligibility Requirements

To participate on bba9, you must meet the following requirements. It is entirely the member's responsibility to ensure compliance.

• You must be at least 18 years old — no exceptions.
• You must ensure that online gaming is not legally prohibited in your area of residence.
• Officials or referees of any professional sports organization may not place bets on events they are involved in.
• Individuals banned due to mental health issues or gaming addiction are not permitted to register.
• Anyone previously banned by bba9 is not permitted to open a new account.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits on bba9 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, or Rocket. All payments are processed in BDT. You must send funds from your own mobile banking account — third-party payments are not accepted.

Deposit Limits:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000
• Daily maximum deposit: BDT 100,000

Payment Security:

All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. bba9 will never ask for your mobile banking PIN or OTP. If anyone claims to represent bba9 and requests your PIN or OTP, it is a scam — contact us immediately.

Withdrawal Policy

Following the bba9 Terms and Conditions keeps the withdrawal process smooth and fast. After a win, funds will reach your Mobile Banking or Nagad account within 30 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• Daily maximum withdrawal: BDT 200,000

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are valid for 7 days in general; expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• Multiple members sharing the same device, IP address, or household are not eligible to claim the same bonus.

Core Gaming Rules:

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result recorded on our server is final.

Prohibited Activities

Account Closure

• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be deactivated.
• Closed for breach: balance may be forfeited.
